Hi, my name is Kaylee! As a freelance photographer with over six years of experience, I take great pride in delivering high-quality work that consistently leaves my clients satisfied. Photography isn’t just my profession—it’s my passion. I find real joy in capturing meaningful moments and telling stories through my lens. When I’m not behind the camera, I love spending time outdoors, drawing inspiration from nature’s beauty. I’m also very family-oriented and deeply value the time I spend with my loved ones. This balance between work, nature, and close personal relationships fuels both my creativity and my purpose.

1. Do you travel for destination weddings?

Yes, I do travel for destination weddings, portraits and more! Traveling fees will be included in packages customized to your specialized services. All expenses will be discussed during consultation and no hidden extra fees once finalized!

2. Do you help with planning our engagement session?

Of course! It is extremely important to get to know each unique couple I work with in order to create a comfortable yet fun environment for our time together! Prior to session we will discuss location, outfits, posing, etc., to ensure I make your vision come to life!

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Deposits (half due at booking) are required and non-refundable. Rescheduling is always allowed as I understand life happens and sometimes plans don't always work out! Cancellation policy: You are allowed to cancel within 48 hours of session time and not required to pay the remaining amount due. Keep in mind deposits are non-refundable due to time reserved/saved unless discussed otherwise.

4. Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?

Yes, I do offer all of the above to insure you don't have to worry about anything besides showing up and looking your best! Sneak Peaks are sent within 48 hours after scheduled session! Digital Galleries will be sent 14 business days from session date. Customized prints, albums, etc., are additional charges. Please contact me if you are interested in any of these to discuss the cost of prints!

5. Do you SHOOT/EDIT VIDEOS?

Yes, I have experience with both shooting and editing videos. I’m proficient with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and I’m comfortable handling projects from concept to final delivery. I tailor my approach based on the needs of each project, whether it’s promotional content, interviews, event coverage, or social media clips.


6. Can I request specific poses or shots?

Yes, definitely. I encourage clients to share any specific poses, shots, or visual references they have in mind. Clear communication helps ensure the final product aligns with your vision. Whether it’s a particular angle, mood, or style, I’m happy to accommodate your requests and also offer creative input if needed to enhance the outcome.



7. Can we meet before the session?

I’m open to meeting beforehand to ensure everything runs smoothly on the day of the session. Let me know your availability, and we’ll find a time that works.



8. How long till I receive the final photos?

The typical turnaround time for final edited photos is 1–2 weeks, depending on the scope of the session and the number of images. I always aim to deliver high-quality work within a reasonable timeframe, and if you need a few selects earlier for a specific purpose, I’m happy to accommodate when possible.

Sneak Peaks (5-10 edited images of gallery) are delivered within 48 hours of session!
